Who We Are and What is Driving Us

We are an emerging minority business enterprise (MBE) – set up for the good of the public.

We are an Illinois Public Benefit Corporation dedicated to equitable deployment and accelerating the transition to renewable energy.

We are a socially conscious company bent on addressing one of the monumental challenges (global warming) of our time by partaking in the Quest for Net Zero 2050 and beyond – by equitably accelerating the deployment and the transition to renewable energy – particularly as they affect Disadvantaged, Underserved and or Communities of Color and their institutions (Communities).

  • Our vision is to gradually increase the adoption, integration and participation of these Communities in the renewable energy space, and
  • Wealth creation – for members of these Communities to become, in practical ways, beneficiaries, integral participants (work force) and owners of renewable energy-related ventures (economic integration).

Our strategy is to collaborate, in particular capacities, with local EPCs, national / international companies seeking opportunities in Illinois, community intermediaries, educational institutions, federal and local governments in accelerating the transition to renewable energy in these Communities – by leveraging our decades of hands-on experience structuring Affordable / Mixed-Income community developments (creation and preservation of affordable housing) and our Illinois FEJA/CEJA designations.

Our capabilities center around development and program management – over 30 years of structuring, implementing, and managing complex projects involving public, private partnerships in community/sustainable housing developments. Specifically, we seek collaboration in the following capacities:

  1. Developer;
  2. Co-Developer;
  3. Service Provider (Renewable Energy Credits – RECs), and
  4. Program Manager(ment).

We are an Equity Eligible Contractor (EEC / Approved Vendor) in both of the two Illinois signature renewable energy programs – Illinois Solar for All (ILSFA) and Illinois Shines(formerly ABP) – both programs are designed to help Illinois meet its renewable energy goals while making renewable energy affordable for all.

We are proactively cultivating relationships – how can we collaborate?
