Actively exploring, in particular capacities, community-benefitting projects, including Brownfield sites. Presently, working with federal, state & local governments, private companies, and a local EPC company on the feasibility and development of the following projects:

Commercial-Scale (Distributed Generation)

◼ Evanston, Cook County, IL:  146,000-square foot parking lot – 500 kW to 1 MW PV capacity solar canopy array.

Utility-Scale (solar farm)

◼ Blue Island, Cook County, IL:  5-acre site – 1.2 MW PV capacity;

◼ Ford Heights, Cook County, IL: 18-acre farm – 4 MW PV agrivoltaics (farming with complimentary solar installation), and

◼ Garland, Lake County, IL: 25-acre site – 5 MW PV capacity.
