Actively exploring commercial and utility-scale community-benefitting solar projects with local EPC companies and national / international companies seeking opportunities in Illinois. Current and status of projects include:

1. Feasibility

Commercial Scale (Distributed Generation)

• Evanston, Cook County, IL: 146,000-square foot parking lot – 500 kW to 1 MW PV capacity solar canopy array, and
• Evanston, Cook County, IL: 4,000-square foot non-profit facility –  45 kW rooftop solar + 20 kWh battery storage (resiliency project).

Utility Scale (Solar Farm)

• Mokena, Will County, IL:  50-acre site – 7 MW AC capacity

2. Pre-Development

Utility Scale (Solar Farm)

• Blue Island, Cook County, Il: 6-acre site – 1.37 MW AC capacity 
• Ford Heights, Cook County, IL: 18-acre farm – 4 MW AC agrivoltaics (farming with complimentary solar installation), and

3. Development

Utility Scale (Solar Farm)

• Wauconda, Lake County, IL: 25-acre site – 5 MW AC  capacity.
